What i should do to get rid of hair on my bikini line? i want a permanent solution?

Details : I am bored of waxing and shaving my hair now and then. i want a permanent solution for my problem. i have heard about laser and electrolysis hair removals which one is the best to go for. what i should look out for costing effectiveness or side effects. I live in CA please help.
